*As the name suggests, sister casks are barrels that are aged in an environment where the numbers are next to each other, so they tend to have similar specs and similar tastes.
However, the taste does not change much, but #663 has a thin taste at first, and as time goes on, it develops into a sweet scent like honey, whereas #664 has a strong taste in the mouth. It is characterized by an easy-to-understand sweetness that you can feel from the moment you taste it, and you can even get a glimpse of flavors such as peach. 
When aged in barrels, it is called angel's share (another name: angel's share), and the unprocessed sake inside evaporates over the years.
