We have introduced a service to solve these problems.

"e-Gift" is a new gift service that allows you to send gifts via LINE, email, etc. to someone whose address you do not know.

Those who want to send a gift simply select the product, purchase it, and send a message to the recipient on SNS such as LINE with the URL issued after purchase.
The recipient simply enters their address from the URL and receives the gift.
*The recipient's address is completely unknown to the purchaser (sender).

Even if you don't know the recipient's address, you can easily send a gift like LINE Gift by sending a URL via LINE or email.

How to use e-gifts

1. Select "Send as e-gift"

2. Enter your message and name. (The name can be a nickname)

3.Purchase in the same way as usual.

*Standard purchases and e-gift items cannot be purchased at the same time. Please purchase one item at a time to send as an e- gift.

4. Check the purchase completion screen and copy the URL

5. Send the URL via LINE, email, etc.

When the recipient opens the URL, they will be redirected to the screen below.

Click the Receive e-Gift button, enter your address, and the item will be shipped to the recipient.

*The recipient's address is completely unknown to the purchaser (sender).

FAQ

Q.Can I purchase one for myself and one for a gift?
A.It is not possible to purchase regular purchases and e-gift items at the same time. Please purchase one item at a time to send as an e- gift.

Q.Is there an expiration date?
A. The e-gift will expire at 23:59, 5 days after the date of purchase.
By then, please not only send the URL to the recipient, but also have the recipient enter their address from the URL.
If the e-gift expires, the product will not be canceled and will be delivered to the address of the purchaser.

Q.What happens if the recipient does not enter an address?
A.The product purchase will not be canceled.
After the expiry date, it will be delivered to the address you entered at the time of purchase.
