Oscetra Royal

This is the highest quality caviar that has been specially selected from among the domestically produced Ossetra, which ranks high among farmed caviar. Approximately 1% of all eggs are large and can withstand long-term aging. And the larger the caviar, the more flavorful it will be. This Ossetra Royal is the highest quality Japanese caviar, carefully selected by caviar masters from among the large fresh caviar of Russian sturgeon, and aged for over 6 months using the skill of master craftsmen.
The color of this type of caviar ranges from dark gray brown to dark green, and it has a melt-in-your-mouth texture, with a pleasant sea aroma, high-quality sweetness, deep richness, and a hazelnut-like aftertaste.

Sparkling star

This is an aged barley shochu with an alcohol content of 43%, where mellowness and elegance coexist, just like the music of countless stars. A perfect blend of three spirits aged 19, 17, and 15 years in solera sherry barrels, and a 10-year normal-pressure tank matured with a 7-year vacuum tank aging. This 7-year decompression tank aging process acts as a wheel, giving the sake a smooth taste. Grain is just as important as malt in blended whisky, and it is also an indispensable part of this sparkling star. The mouthfeel is soft, with aromas of vanilla, blonde chocolate, and cinnamon, and a mellow woodiness, with hints of raisins and dried fruit, which spread throughout the tongue and leave a pleasant aftertaste.
Enjoy it straight, on the rocks or with soda, or as a hot cocktail during the cold season. When pairing with caviar, we especially recommend sipping room temperature straight into your mouth.
